Late to the party, but glad to be here.

IMTB was just recommended to me by mtnbikej, and low and behold, I recognize a lot of names I haven't seen in a while! This is where everyone went!!!

I was busy posting away on SCTR, when it was pointed out that there really isn't any activity over there. I'm a bit slow on the uptake apparently...

So as a cyclist looking for a home, and avoiding FB like the plague that it is, I think this looks like a good place to be!

I'm from Redlands, where it's currently heating up, and do most of my riding locally on the trails around town or at Crafton Hills. Both great areas that I hope people come and check out!

Speaking of such, I just helped promote the Redlands Strada Rossa http://redlands-strada-rossa.blogspot.com/ which was put on by the IEBA and was a blast! Also involved in the local high school mountain bike scene with the local club.

Most of the riding is pretty smooth trail, so do a lot of it on a monstercross set up, but occasionally bust out with the 29er hardtail!

Without the heads up, I'd still be overly frantically pecking away the keyboard in vain...!

Today is a kid-free day at home, so I get to go for an epic... ah hell, I have to change the brake pads on the van, fix leaky shower faucets, rebuild my kid's rear derailer, go to the post office... yeah, not so much a riding day afterall... :|

I was going to mention procrastination . . . . But I thought that I would put that off until later.

Obviously I have commitment issues!

I did manage to put off the leaky faucets for one more day!!!
