Dude I know!!! The sun came out briefly so I threw on my running gear and headed out, about an hour into it I got dumped on big time

I am in agreement! It’s pouring rain at my house right now. I rode my bike 4 minutes and 31 seconds on Saturday and the mud was so bad the rear wheel spun like I was stuck in the mud.

it can rain all week burnt the weekend’s are off limits!

That's 4 minutes and 31 seconds more than I got in... But next weekend is Utah and we're gonna kick it's ass and the weather looks good so far...

 

I decided to try to ride my gravel bike at that time. Bad choice! Especially since I was a stubborn dumbass and left my road bike pedals on. Way wet and muddy. That is two days in a row.

 

I am soooo stoked.

This is ridiculous. I'm taking the week of Christmas off work, and the forecast is for rain every freakin' day!! Stop it already!!! Drought was good.

 

Its warming up nicely outside. It really is trying hard to be a nice day. I have shed the jacket for the duration.

It hit 79 degrees (F) here in Anaheim today. Of course I was at work.

Sooooo.... what happened to the weather forecast? In the last 24 hours we've gotten 1.7 inches of rain in Laguna Hills. Forecast was for less than 0.5".

I'm always happy with rain... as long as it doesn't require me to get up at 4 AM and backflush my koi pond Like this AM...

 

Set up an automatic sump pump for rain storms. It will keep the water level where you want it to stay.

Easier said than done. 24 years of keeping a koi pond has taught me... despite overflows and sumps, if you want your koi to live you need to be there in person. Name a mechanical breakdiwn and i have probably experienced it,
