    Had to share this ...two wks post knee surgery and I went on a hike today...a freaking HIKE! It was super sloooow and pretty technical, but I made the 2mi trek! Feeling oh so grateful, there is a light at the end of this blasted tunnel!:)

    I rode after 7 months but was conservative in my timing. I’ll jog and rollerblade, but I haven’t tried to full sprint since pre injury. I used to have some jets and i’m afraid to let it rip unless I have to. Follow your doc’s orders and EZ on the Percocet!
