Due to some lingering back issues I am looking to sell my V1 Ripmo. I built this one up front the frame. Good condition. Has normal wear from being ridden. Just replaced all of the linkage bearings and bushings and the suspension was recently serviced by Fluid Focus(have receipts). Ready to roll. Build list is below. Bottle cage and Garmin mount not included. Asking $5,000.

    What year is the frame?

    How much for the dog?

You need to fertilize that yard before the HOA gets after you.

I've read that Blue is the faster color for Ripmos :whistling:

Frame was purchased new in 2018, but the X2 shock is the 2020 model. The dog stays, I’d be disowned by the wife if something happened to the dog. The Lawn Doctor is handling the brown spots this month.......

why so many Ibis ripmo's for sale? I had mine since may.. right when this whole thing started..
I think I bought into the hype of this bike b/c all the reviews stated that it was a great climber and descender...your all around perfect bike...
I've been looking for that one bike that could climb and descend... the ripmo definitely can descend.. its such a pleasure to ride downhill on this bike..
But the bike has a climbing penalty when coming from a trail bike.. physics just cannot mask weight and geometry..
I don't notice the climbing penalty any longer, however when doing a long climb, ie up to main divide.. the penalty does add up..
I'm looking for a unicorn... instead found the bike without limits on the downhills... (hardtail for 2nd bike?? umm... )
(i remember talking to DDD how wildhorse seems way smoother this year... )

You should buy a 37 pound DH bike to pedal around. Then your Ripmo will feel svelte all around.

I have several friends that have Ripmos. They all love them and even though they have multiple bikes, the Ripmo is their go to bike.

great advice Jason.. I bought some aggressors and DHR 2's... going from 2.5 to 2.3 should help..
used to run DHR and Ardents.. 2.3.. on the Pivot trail..that could be a big factor...
the Assegai's are so comfortable on the chunk...
    gonna switch it out soon...

I had the V1 Ripmo and now have the V4 Ripley. The Ripley is the closest thing to a unicorn that I've owned. That being said, I also have an HD5 that I use for rides with big features or mega-chunk as I prefer 27.5 bikes in those areas.
