Yea! @Original_Jackster was a rando who was wondering if he had enough sun for one more session, so he came down Rattlesnake with us and killed it!

 

Hey, OJ, you made it here, cool! Some great riding last night, milking the daylight

We met Jack at the top of the climb out of Emerald Cyn. I was thinking he must be a well traveled local and was thinking of grilling him on current info since all of us had either never ridden there or hadn't in years. To my surprise he was not familiar and was in fact wanting to get info on what to ride, so he joined up with us for a twilight spin across Missing Link/Fenceline.

At that point we lost one rider and headed down to Rattlesnake, which hit the spot for all of us. Props to Jack, Dio, Chris And Pete for good times and 'tudes on the trail.

OJ, welcome to OC (from San Diego)...next time I'm near Performance Bike I'll drop in say hey. Keep an eye here for organized rides. Also, the Path Bike Shop (Tustin and Live Oak) have organized weekend rides and, I'm sure, would love to host a rider from enemy territory, haha.
