    Why do they offer shuttles to the trailhead, isnt that the point of an electric DH mountain bike?

    I gots some bikes.
    I'm still going back and forth on some aspects of the e-bike argument, but when a 50 pound bike can be pedaled up a rock wall, it's no longer an "assist", nor is it a bike.
