9/11 should be a national holiday

This took an interesting and predictably divided turn - eliciting hate, division and anger as quickly as the rest of the country.

I don’t hate anyone. I have people in my family of all colors and ethnic backgrounds. For the most part, we all earn our keep. The black sheeps of the family put themselves there. They were spoiled growing up and have their hands out for everything now.

America is the greatest country in the world. No one is jumping fences to get into any other country. The opportunities are here if you take them.

Yes, there has been a lot of injustice in the past. Heck, I felt some of it growing up. The stereotypes only changed when I changed. I had a chip on my shoulder because I grew up conditioned to think a certain way.

Well, on the fires, fire season is lasting now 3 months longer than in 70s plus a lot of houses have been built in places where we probably should not build houses in the first place, and if so with better building codes. It is part climate change and part human factors (yes indeed maintaining forests, or rather the lack of it, is also one more reason).

Conspiracy theory or not, I do know one thing and those buildings didn’t perfectly collapse without someone pressing detonation systems button, not once, but twice. No different than that building across the street that collapsed with no damage.

Solislbc- What you said was right on cue with reality and what’s really going on. PC is now being put ahead of law abiding citizens and it’s straight out dangerous to all the honest hard working citizens who’ve never broken the law.
