"2012" HONZO FRAME

Blue, so 2012 I think. 67/74 AIR, steel frame, sliding dropout with hanger and normal to me (English) BB. Not much usage since it was experimental to see how a 29 er with super short chainstays would ride. $200 with FSA tapered headset and seat collar. Note, also tested with a motor for article.

 

I’ve tried slinging everything from juicers to bed frames to strollers to Christmas trees to straight-up trees on this site, so I suppose motorcycles are fair game.

Maybe if it had slicks and panniers and a basket, it would be more palatable.

 

Frame only; sorry, that was the only picture I had, but can supply the accouterments you referenced. BTW 18" frame.

 

My wife would kill me. The garage space I already didn't have is being taken up by the new Sutra...

 

You're way ahead of me; I'm trying to clear out my bedroom. Besides, forgiveness is easy especially with Valentine's Day imminent; permission is difficult.

Placed on Craigslist and Pinkbike to see if the apathy is contagious. Might need to resurrect some projects.

 

It would make a great bikepacking or commuter frame. That price is unbeatable for a 29er with an oversize head tube (read: current standards). Sets up SS, geared, burly, lightweight. Non-boost hubs are everywhere for cheap. External dropper, boom.
