Enjoy all day rides.....sun up to sun down......long walks on the beach(oooops, sorry wrong forum).

My wife calls my bike, my mistress...don't worry, she rides as well.

I spend a lot of time in the SS, but have been cheating more and more on the Hightower. I was a descender way before I was a climber, so I still have those tools on the closet for the times I need them.

Go to rides are out at the Oaks. I live close enough that it is just easier/faster to ride over than load up the truck and drive over.

I always say you are your own motivator...even if you don't want to get out, once you do, you will feel much better about it.

Don't give up.....push past your comfort zone and see what you are truly capable of. You may just surprise yourself.
