Not huge baseball fan but did grow up with the Dodgers through the NYY misery and then on to WS titles...

Well tonight... That was pretty cool! Saw it live ON TV...as I did the Gibson HR.

I tune into baseball pretty much every October, hoping to watch the Dodgers, but okay watching whoever is inevitably playing instead.

 

Life long Blue Crew fan here and I usually make it to at least one game a year.

They won tonight in classic form. It's been really fun to watch them come from behind and win late in the game the past few seasons.

I was in a car listening to the radio when Reggie hit that 3rd HR.

 

I used to work with a guy named Mickey Klutts who was a rookie for the Yankees when they won the World Series in 77. I used to have pics of me wearing the ring.

That game was only two hours and twenty eight minutes long. It was the fastest game I ever watched.

 

Outstanding pitching from both teams will do that.

Watching that bearded "closer" (Josh Fields) give up two homers and a single on 6 pitches was a little shocking to this non-baseball guy. Was he the guy they use at the All Star game for the home run derby?

 

Now that was an awesome game! That is what a WS game should be like. We truly have the two best teams in baseball battling it out this post season. I hope there are more battles like that to come.

 

They should have to hop on a Mountain Bike to round the bases, and between 3rd and home have a jump to do a 360, right before skidding into home plate.

The was a great game even though we lost, both teams put up a fight! I think I lost some more hair from the top of my head and maybe got a few gray.
