can you ID this old Cotic bike

So I got this frame a few years ago to build up for my wife to use and I actually forgot what the guy said it was. I believe it is an old "soul" but not sure the age. When I search "Cotic" all the branding is a new design. It is a nice steel 26" bike with fun geometry. Some of the stickers like " Reynolds 853 steel"were pealing so I took them off. Wish I had not done that.

I am thinking of selling it and I just don't know exactly what it is. is it a "Soul" ???

OK, so never mind, I guess it is a Soul. I looked carefully at the faint sticker marks and it looks like it used to say "soul" on it. not sure how old it is though.
