It's $10k because of carbon wheels and SRAM AXS...

But they really couldn't figure out how to keep the signature looped chainstays? Fail.

I think all you new hard-tail boys and girls need to get one of these.

Why wouldn’t they have looptails? That should absolutely be a feature included in a anniversary edition model.

 

24.5 lbs ? Seems portly for what they are aiming for here.

32t ring ? With AXS 12 spd.....should be a 34.....

Retro Frame ? Should have the looped dropouts.

The concept is nice....but not $10k nice.

I'm sure the Yeti fanbois are getting a chubby just thinking about this.

 

I'll have to pass too; my 2000 Zaskar (last year made in the US) beats me up adequately.

Yeti should have put out an Easton frame with looped stays. Cables run banjo-style along the top tube.
The only thing this bike has in common with a real Arc is the colors and decals.

 

I think the coolest thing was how they designed the web page. As a guy who used to code HTML that is impressive. The bike? Eh?

If there was any brand where that's possible, it's Yeti. The $$ these fanboys are willing to throw down for "anything Yeti" or just matchy-matchy colors is ridiculous. I've seen people pay $145 for grips and recently $100+ for the $10 flag/cartoon book they handed out for free in 2019 with a new bike purchase. The guy had multiples and a bidding war started. I was stunned he was trying to ask $100 to begin with.
