First...this seems like the correct soundtrack: Wrigley's Trail Perfect conditions for an early-season bout of cabin fever. Injured reserve, crappy riding conditions, wheez out of state, no pay work, bad attitude... But! From the depths of my faux wallowing I made a last-ditch 2018 plan to connect with the big mama. Wrigley's, save me! The trail's namesake establishment sits at the far north end of Dakota Ridge. Not a trailhead, but if you patronize you can park. Forget that shee; I was a few toddies in when I walked past the trail spur to the grill on my own secret path from basecamp to the mighty Ridge... Formation sighting! First tracks to the monster. What duct-tape-bailing-wire-wielding fool doesn't enjoy frosted donuts? Soon, exposure becoming extreme, straddling the precipice on the knife edge.... Gathering faculties in preparation for the final summit push... Sweet taste of success! Happy new year!
He owned the entire island except bird rock island. The trust the"Santa Catalina Island Conservancy" still owns it. The Cubs spring training field is still there up the canyon at Avalon. The field is below the mansion so Wrigley could watch the practice in comfort. Happy some things just never change trails, or take a rubber tree sap, add sugar and buy your own island with a ball club and buffalo trails
