Harding Joplin tomorrow! One fast guy and one slow guy. If you are somewhere in between and want to check it out, 7:30 start time.

 

Thanksgiving Day morning.... Gotta work up an appetite, so who's riding, and where?

Start either Caballero or dirt Mulholland near the top of Encino Hills Dr, to the hub. Backbone down to Will Rogers (don’t recommend J-Drop right now) then back up Sullivan FR. Optional drop into Sullivan canyon for a out and back or back up Mandeville to dirt Mulholland.

 

What time on Thursday morning would this happen?

 

Riding up Fern trail to Millard campground to Sunset via Mt Lowe (maybe all the way to Middle Merrill) then back to El Prieto starting at 0900 tomorrow if anyone is interested.

 

Some options, depending on the start point!

Backbone Encinal to Mishke Moshe?

 

Climb San Antonio Canyon [road] and drop in along Sunset Ridge (abandoned fireroad). Not me, but it’s there for anyone in the Mt. Baldy area on Thursday.

 

Maybe Greer, Maybe local, maybe nothing Wednesday. Kind of depends on how my daughter is feeling in the morning.

 

7:30? I’m flexible on the start time. I’m figuring a three to four hour tour tops.

 

Cool, sounds like a fun ride. I can't start until probably 9:15, so I may just do a Cheese lap. If my lady's morning plans change I'll try to join you guys.

 

I thought I was heading back up to the desert with my girls for the weekend but the plans have changed and we will be staying home. So, who's riding where on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Actually, scratch this. My presence has been officially requested for the entirety of T-Day. Might sneak in a Cheese lap this afternoon.

 

I've been quietly wondering this whole time how some of you guys get out of T-Day duty... Glad I'm not the only one who is conscripted into kitchen service.

 

You’ve never eaten the food that I cook......

that’s why I’m not forced into kitchen duties.

 

I assumed that because the Mrs. booked a spin class for that morning that I was free to do as I chose after. I assumed incorrectly, though graciously accepting my fate bought me some capitol towards a future ride.

 

I cant start later. In fact I need to stay closer to home. Ive got to be home by 11:00-11:30.

 

Isn't Thanksgiving canceled this year?

 

We're cooking for 25, even though it's just us.

 

I heard rumors of a front range assault on Sunday morning. Sounds sketchy.

 

Then I’ll just ride up to camp 9 from my house.

 

Especially if you stay out there all day and potentially past sunset (no pun intended).

 

I was thinking a Chesebro loop. Something like up to Shepard down Triple Threat climb up to Ireland back up Las Virgenes to climb Triple Threat and rip out down Chesebro to finish. Maybe 7am start
