Forgot to add, going to do some 29+ research for @mike, riding the Stache, so not exactly the usual!

 

Anybody know how SART trail conditions are??

I managed to catch a cold, but tomorrow is my Friday off. I think I'll try for a MS - Motorway at a minimum unless I'm hacking up a lung.

 

Pedal and sweat that sh!t out, that's my modo and it ain't killed me yet.

Floop loop tonight in the dark and quite possibly a luge lap or two tomorrow night in the dark. Current family schedule is forcing me to ride at night this weekend. It's night rides or no rides!

Anyone care to join me tomorrow eve for a luge lap?

 

Same thing happened to me yesterday. My daughter brought it home last week and it got me. I'll be at Cook's around 4-5 for an Old Camp run-Luge in the dark.

 

Easy 16 miles yesterday on Aliso Creek Trail to shake out the cobwebs.

Ran 6 miles of hills today with my buddy.

Gonna do something in CNF on Sunday... haven't decided what yet. A year ago was a 35 mile / 7000+ feet sufferfest with @mtnbikej and @Faust29 plus other miscreants. Maybe I will just ride a normal trail, come home, and have my wife hit me in the head with a board for a couple of hours so I can remember what it felt like

 

Rode the foothills of Bako early this morning to make sure my buddies new Karate Monkey is broken in correctly.

 

I can't imagine why some of the group chose to bail out early. That was a great ride.

 

I like riding with the big boys, because it puts my other efforts in perspective. I appreciate when the fast crowd allows a little space for me to tag along! I will say, however, that I was back to my car 1:50 before you were back to yours. Had I been thinking more clearly, I should have texted you a photo of me lying in my hammock at home with a cool drink

Is G.E. snowbound? Palmdale has been fun the last two weeks. Strawberry is an option?.

 

Not an option for me (Strawberry). Downed trees and I dislike riding through flowing creeks.

Strawberry is open for bizness.
Only 2 trees down that require a dismount and simple bypass. Stream crossings are easily avoided as the water levels are dropping fast. Below Switzers is probably a mess.

Is anyone doing the Toads downhill race in Bako tomorrow?

JRA Demo at Space Mountain. Jennifer will be demoing the Ibis Mojo 3 and I'll just pedal around on the RIP 9 I rode on Monday just to make sure I don't need it.

 

Short leash weekend as the wifey is leaving to visit her sister tomorrow and I gotta pretend to hold the fort down. Was already thinking of riding to work but now thinking of filling the water bottle(or CamelBak) with beer to keep my sanity.
