What's Soo Sensitive at Johnstone Peak?

So, I was doing my near daily check of http://www.airsites2000.com/ to see what local mountain conditions are like and noticed that Johnstone Peak has a censored block on one of the camera views.
I don't know Johnstone Peak or the San Dimas area very well at all. Looking at Google maps it looks like maybe it's covering up another tower site.
Anybody have any ideas?

 

That's the San Dimas extension of Area 51. Experimental forest area to hide our retaliatory probes of the aliens.

I used to poach the fireroad and bomb down the backside, sometimes being chased by white and or green pick ups.
Local lore is that the entire ANF was once covered in forest, unbroken, from the San Gabriel Valley all the way to Pearblossom. The forests were stripped by miners, farmers, settlers, and industrial interests.
The Experimental forest is supposedly a re-planted area that has been left to grow with minimal interference from human activities.

Looking in the direction of the photo, I don't recall anything down that way, except the road to Laverne. Maybe just a block of bad pixels?
