Not "have done" but "about to do". In the process of switching from Shimano 11sp to Shimano 12sp. Decided to also replace my current hubs with i9 Hydra centerlocks. :D

Installed ODI Rogue grips, reset the Bikeyoke Revive dropper, and applied my first serving of Rock N Roll Gold. Grips feel so much better. The "revive" process on the dropper was beyond simple, and hopefully it cures the issue. I'd developed some slop in the dropper, which seems to be gone now, but on my last ride if I sat on the saddle while it was lowered at all (I'm apt to do that on mellow downs if my legs are tired) it was making a knocking sound, and I had some fluid gunked up on top of the seal.

Big fan of ergon grips. Decided to ditch the GP1 with bar ends and go with GA2 Fat grips. Short of the touring style grips, these are the only grips that don't give my palms blisters.

Finally tossed (TruckerCo) metallic pads in the front TRP Quadiem G Spec caliper... I was curious how the OE pads would hold up in comparison to the rear (running metallics). They were pretty disappointing in nearly every way a brake pad could be (noise, heat dissipation, initial response), but it was nice to know for myself.

Installed a WTB Judge 2.4 (fast roll) on the rear, to replace the 2.3 DHR II that came on the bike when I purchased it... I got ~600 miles out of it back there. Looking forward to running the 2.5 WTB Verdict out front when it becomes available, I have the 2.4 Judge (high grip) up there now, and it shows feathering on the cornering knobs after 1 run at Skypark... I doubt it will hold up to Snow Summit....

Had to retape & reinstall the rear tire Sunday... also installed a new XX1 chain while I was at it. The old one was making some noise.

Nicely done with the black graphics! One of the best looking Nomad 3s that I’ve seen.

Thank you for the kind words. I wish I would have picked up more to get the bottom chain stay covered already. I had a pedal strike after this photo that caused the crank arm to scratch the chain stay pretty good. FiveTens are always leaving black marks on it too...

Added 29x2.4 Ardent tires front and rear to the Chameleon. Rode great around O’Neil. Pleased at how much clearance there is in the rear.

For the first time in 210 miles, I lubed the chain on the Hightower....not because it needed it, but because I'm loaning it out this week and am not sure what the conditions are going to be like. Dumonde Tech FTW.

New SRAM GX shifter for the Hightower... Just because I wanted the upgrade over the NX. Not because I had a slow speed tip over on Zen Trail and broke one of the triggers on a rock. And @mtnbikej certainly didn't cobble it back together to get me through the next day at Gooseberry Mesa. :whistling::whistling::whistling:

And, while I was at it, the plastic wonder bike got a new pair of extra chunky ESI grips... This is the last pair I had in reserve. After this, I'll go with the Red Monkey lock on version. Silicone in a lock on? Win!
