Depends on how wide the rims are.

on the rear I don’t notice the WT tire on a narrower rim.

on the front I notice the WT tire on a narrower rim.

But it really depends on how narrow. 28/29mm rim doesn’t matter. 25/26mm….I don’t like it.

the thing to look out for is the tan wall Dual Compound or 3C?

The tan walls are DC, Rekon and Rekon Race alike. Not sure if I'd notice not having a 3C in the front. The more I see the tan walls, the more I want them.

Found another pic on the interweb.

So yeah. Ordered up a Rekon/Rekon Race combo in tan wall flavor. Both EXO/DC. Pushed them pretty hard today in Sycamore Canyon which is loose over hardpack but mostly hardpack and they did great. Not once did they let loose even though I overshot a few corners. :whistling: The Rekon Race does so well on the rear that I wouldn't hesitate running one on the front just to shed a few grams and decrease rolling resistance. Now, how long will they last? :whistling:

My Rekon Race lasted 850'is miles on the back.

My Rekon 2.4 currently on the back has 1150 miles and is just about done.
