Yea, there won’t be any trespassing or OHV shenanigans once those lots are occupied. Sell me the right to shoot any person trespassing on “my” property, and I’d consider.

How do you go about getting PG&E out there?

 

Well, it's actually in the SCE service area. I'd just put in solar and maybe wind for the little electricity that might be needed.
Water would be my bigger concern (oh, and beer as well)
