As someone who engages in pointless and dangerous activity, I have no right to criticize that cheesy stunt.

 

1) I wonder if it is even legal to be trekking upon those fragile, probably Federally protected, land forms?

I think mad skills are cool, but I'm really beginning to wonder where all these types of videos are going.
To be honest, I'm with @herzalot on this one. vids like this make me feel super average and makes me ask myself why do I own a GoPro.

Can we all agree that a National Park, where all off-road (unpaved) riding is verboten, is probably not the best place to do this and post video of it?

 

Funny that's exactly the way mr 3 flat tires Yeti guy made me feel last weekend after I gave him a tube. Dude pulled up on the front end and manualed for about a mile of trail that had me sh!tting pickles just hoping to make it to the truck alive. I attribute it to the bike though cause he can't be that much better right?

 

Only the hazards section would disclose adverse effects with mitigation such as an extensive memorial service and an elaborate tombstone, which the next Bro would tilt into a ramp for a gap jump. Maybe if he bled into a navigable waterway would a permit from the Army Corps be required.

I don't see a difference between that and motorcycle racing. The inch perfect level of control these people have is beyond the comprehension of average folk. I can watch and just admire the skill involved knowing that to them, they aren't even riding outside the envelope.

 

A couple sweat drops onto those front brake pads... or a sore hand/arm from clamping down on the brake levers while also holding on and supporting the upper body... amusing to think up of the risks involved, yet he's probably thinking that it were well within his capabilities, due to all the progression in challenge he's been through.
