Getting out of one’s kit ASAP makes sense, but does it matter if said kit is left in a hamper for a week before washing or before (gasp) being worn again for another ride? Is the point to remove the kit or to wash the kit?

I think in this particular scenario mentioned by the Hooligans, it’s mainly her getting out of her kit…:whistling:

    Guys....guys...... c'mon
It's like you didn't pay attention to her video in order to answer the question...
Is it too sweet to mix the 2 liters of OJ with 200gr of sugar? Do you guys think it will help for a long ride? @herzalot @Faust29 @Danimal @mike @DangerDirtyD

Also there is another video about what is better to lose fat.... I watched 3 times already and I think I got it now !!

Put 6.6 oz of OJ in a cup. Add 20 grams of sugar. Consume. Is it too sweet for you, @jaime?? :geek:

I’d love a big slug of non-spiked OJ on a long ride but it’s not that convenient to carry. Likely to make a mess of bladders/hoses/bottles. YMMV!

PS: Olympic-level vanity: Posting a video of yourself admiring yourself in a mirror. Holy shyt…
