Ok, time to thin the herd. Built up a long travel hardtail, and now my 29er hardtail is kind of redundant. It's significantly faster, but with my age, I need to be safe rather than fast.

Custom carbon Orbea Alma 29er with Project 321 adapted Carbon Lefty. All parts are from around 2009-2011, and well maintained. This is an extremely fast, stiff, and capable XC bike. Some paint chips, but no structural issues.

Frame: Medium Orbea Alma 29er Carbon (I put the fit around 5'6" - 5'10". I am 5'10" with a long torso and needed the setback to stretch it out)
Fork: Cannondale Carbon Lefty DLR with lockout(set at 80mm, 29er)
Front Wheel: Cannondale lefty hub with Stans Arch ZTR rims, tubeless Maxxis Arden 2.2
Rear Wheel: Mavic C29ssmax UST, tubeless Continental Race King 2.2
    Brakeset: XT M770, 180mm front/160mm rear
Drivetrain: XTR M970 shifters, XT derailleurs and crankset, with Rotor oval 32T and 24T rings (standard shimano 42T big ring)
Controls: FSA Kforce carbon handlebars, Thomson 31.6 layback seatpost, Hope QR seatpost collar

Titanium rotor bolts and water bottle cage

Entire bike weighs 23lbs; located in Irvine

My coworker is very interested. He lives in Moreno Valley. Can we arrange for a rendezvous and perhaps a ride, say in Chino Hills, to take a look at it?

I usually ride midday during my lunch break Mon-Fri, so a ride at Chino Hills is too far. Weekends are busy for me. Usually ride once a month if I can squeeze it in, but hard to plan around. I can meet up during the weekdays mid-way, or roll the dice for some weekend.

Usually Whiting Ranch, or Peters Canyon, depending on how much time I have. Thinking about adding Santiago Oaks to the rotation, but I've only ridden there once so I need to get the timing right.
