    SKYLINE BB AGAIN!
T-2, Redwoods and I beat the heat again! 6 A.M. departure, 7:30 headed up Plantation . With the rain yesterday I knew the dirt would be Melache'. No dust, railing trails, pops and drops. Very few on the trail. We motored across to pirates partly cause we were chasing a frisky Redwoods on his SS. He was on fire today, good riding Pat! We downed some fuel and Hauled the Mail back to the West end and circled the single track which dropped us right back to the car. Perfect parking spot Tom. That last bit of trail is sweet!
No crashes or mechanicals. Temps in the 70s all the way with lotsa shade. The grand finale at Rockies!
Pat and Tom you rode it like you stole it!

Glad to see someone take a proper bike up there!
    I kid, I kid... :p

Looks like a great day, and 70s would feel really nice right about now...

Actually, that SS is just about a perfect match to that trail. Skyline is an amazing trail - miles of sweet singletrack, no extended climbs, a few challenging spots (a little loose/steep/tight), incredible views, plenty of shade here and there. I think I enjoy that trail more on the SS than on my big-squish bike.

It's the only way I've ridden it... Although I can see a few sections where gears would be fun.

Looks like it was a fun day... Better than the 100+ degrees we've had down below!
