    Well?
I might as well tell you. I have been working on a new website. It's a discount retail outlet for Mountain Bike specific consumables. All the stuff you need, none of the stuff you don't.

So eventually it will be selected tires, brake pads and rotors, chain lube, chains, tire sealant, etc...

...And yes, even Tailwind Nutrition. In fact, that has already become a realty. I just landed the distributorship.

The goal is to sell the products at great prices to the public and work even better deals for imtbtrails members through exclusive imtbtrail killer deal coupons. At least that is the vision!

I am no stranger to building a business on a shoestring budget. In fact I have built several over the years.

So today I am taking a survey on Tailwind usage so as to begin stocking product. I have made an initial purchase but it's minimal at best. So if you do use Tailwind or are thinking about using it. What would YOU use? It certainly does not mean you have to buy it from me, I'm just trying to get a pulse on what to stock and how much of it.

I appreciate you taking the time!

    :)Mikie
ps: Any Specific combination as a post would be helpful. For example:
"I buy the 50 scoop Naked Flavor exclusively."

Have only ever used the naked and mandarine orange flavors always 50 scoopers. Would be interested in trying other flavors but will have to try them as single serving sticks before spending the$$ for the big bag.

Same boat. Green Tea works for me and the single serving sticks seem expensive, so I'll stay with it. Why mess with a good thing?

I answered “50 serving” and stick pack... I rotate the flavor I buy in the big bag and then supplement with the sticks.

I like all the flavors and don’t really have a favorite...

I started out with the Mandarin Orange then tried the Tropical Buzz. I'm back to the Mandarin Orange and will probably stick with that unless I come across some sample sticks and another flavor changes my mind.

Orange 50, although my next round is going to be a Berry 50 just to see what's out there.

I have only used berry. Not that the other flavors might not be good but I like how it tastes in low concentrations.

Using three or four servings per outing I go through 50 servings pretty fast.

I can go through 10 scoops in a hundred ounce Camelbak. That's 2.5 servings/25 ounces X 4. Lasts around 4 to 5 hours for half day ride/trail work days in warm weather, especially if I hydrate well before and after the activity.

A serving is 1 scoop. That is why I buy the 50 serving bag. A typical Saturday Deathmarch Ride will use up 10 servings.

I like the mandarin flavor and the 50 servings, once they sent the naked flavor but I didn't like it because it tastes like nothing....:Roflmao

I prefer the Danky Purple Sticky Punch. Great timing Mikie...just in time for the New Year! Everyone could use a safety break from time to time.

Naked, with one Lemon. That seems to do the trick.

I like the little 200 calorie packets. Very convenient.

Mandarin and 50. With the stick pack to rotate flavors and give to friends on occasion.
The big bag lasts me a while, but have gone through quite a few. If it works.. It works so I don't need to mess with it.

    OhhhhhKay.
Second shipment of Tailwind is showing up today which completes what I "think" I need to start in stock and open the doors.
I have added a link in the NavBar above to the new site. it's www.imtbgear.com ... clever, huh?
I think I have figured out shipping. I even added a shipping calculator on the shopping cart for State and Zip Code.

Always check for a blue Update ban across the bottom of the site with updates. It currently states the site is in test mode. But that is now only because I'm waiting on UPS to get here.

I'm going to start a post on the website alone so as to update you guys as it develops.
Please understand... no one is ever obligated to buy from there. I don't want any awkward trail rides with anyone thinking they can't say they got some killer deal on tires then not sharing cuzz you didn't get them from me.
    I'm not that kinda girl...:)

    Fingers crossed!
