Starting our chainsaw work on the closed section of the Gabrielino trail ANF

    Last week and this past Sunday. Mcg in the pink helmet and MWBA Volunteer are finally getting the 50 plus down trees off the Gabrielino trail the section that has been closed since the station fire. After the tree's are removed MWBA has trail work days Dec 16th &17 and many more during 2018 .Check out there FB or website for more information Hoping to get it reopened by late spring or early summer. I love being the Sawyers Supervisor :) Thank you! ♡

    The Santa Ana's are blowing extra hard tonight, so I'm wondering how bad the winds get in that canyon :unsure: Mostly because of the work you guys just did and how many more trees might be blown over.
