Stage 21 - This is an obscure little shop in Laguna Woods (Moulton and Ridge Route) that basically caters to high-end bike snobs - yet Mike and Noah are as down to earth as they get. The vast majority of their customers ride Cannondale XC race whips AND Cannondale or Pinarello road bikes. Their customers don't flinch at $10,000 price tags, and they begin upgrading immediately. Yet, Mike will always throw my bike in the stand - while I wait - for a bleed, a drivetrain change, a build, a fork swap - whatever I need. He'll get me parts fast and for a discount and install them while I wait. I will NEVER change a tubeless tire myself, 'cuz Mike will do it in 5 minutes for a sawbuck.
