Revel bikes...

It's the Rail. Which pedals as well as the Rascal. But comes in Tangerine.

 

Rail 29, or 27.5? Or both?

27.5. Don't see as much point in mullet as the masses seem to.

 

Funny that it’s now “the masses.” It was just a quirky experiment when I did it.

But I haven’t gone back.

All of the point and shoot plowability of a 29er, but much better cornering and better rollover behavior on steep roll downs or drops than a full 29er or a full 27.5.

 

Another Revel dropping tomorrow.

Interesting, not what I was expecting.

Neither a hardtail or some of the other guesses was either though, since their partner Why Cycles already makes some of those options.

I've been riding mine a ton, love this bike.

 

Buy a frame and make it a mullet with a 160mm travel 29er fork and 29er front wheel. All the cool kids are doing it!

 

I feel I should start this post with the disclaimer that I didn't stumble upon the below because I was shopping for a new Revel (or any other bike), but I saw that Rascals were 20% off at Evo, and then read that most Revels aside from the Rail 29 are 20% off at most shops via a credit that Revel is passing along to dealers. V2s coming soon, perhaps?

The Rover isn’t on sale either. I was considering one and tried to get in contact about sizing, but, never heard back.
