Thats the current hopeful thinking! I'd like to get back out after dark on the trails but am also planning to be commuting on bike trails to the office.
Last time I did night riding was back in the late 90s when I made my own set of lights using coke bottle tops, halogen downlights as bulbs and some toestraps. All powered by a rather weighty motorbike battery
I'm picking @Redman 's lights will be a marked improvement over my bodged effort!

 

They will work well with your prehistoric relics. They are from the same era!
