Pollution aside, the ground material that the water comes out of plays a huge roll in its chemistry. Here the ground is made up of decomposited rock. There I am guessing that it is more clay-based?

That said, Ive always been super, duoer picky anout what I drink where water is concerned. Id never drink any water straight off the Earth (unless it was an emergency) no matter how "pure" it is. Filtered/purified water only, for me.

I know a gal who is "allergic" to the common minerals found in drinking water. Her condition was discovered early in life. Regular drinking water makes her ill, so she can only drink distilled water!

On space station they would get extra water from the space shuttle. That water is the exhaust from the fuel cells. Pure water, no taste, but the residents did not like it so we had to add salts to give it taste. We used to give distilled water to cells under the microscope and watch the cells explode. Osmosis would try and create = salts inside the cells and outside. The poor little suckers could not support that much extra water inside so the cell wall would burst.
Happy the laws of physics will not be violated on the single track trails

Himalayan salt is a table salt. Analysis of a range of Khewra salt samples showed them to be between 96% and 99% sodium chloride, with varying amounts of trace minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc, chromium, magnesium, and sulfate, all at safe levels below 1%

Whether Himalayan or sea salt,. Salt is salt.

you can use powder or break capsules with your dose of the supplement. I prefer the last one, it's more comfortable in "field" conditions. but be careful!
