I’ve also been encouraged by my rheumatologist to get pedicures and massages. In fact I have a massage booked for after my ride this coming Monday, recent birthday gift from my wife.

 

I'm comfortable enough in my own skin as well...but I just can't do massages and foot stuff. Not because I'm worried about being seen as less than a manly-man, but because it just bugs me.

 

Now the massage thing...I could get on board with thatEspecially after a hard ride
