    Same development but models might be in the best place to avoid problems at this point. Going to be expensive houses to recoup their costs

    You guys sound like a bunch of pesky environmentalists.

    Let there be construction...in the outskirts...where there is no other development...so that residents can enjoy nature...nobody wants to live in the big city anyway...it’s already built out.
