Edit: F Wednesday, weasel and I are in! We gonna ride up with the shuttle and then do our own thing, finishing on Art Johnson (really this time). She hasn't been riding a lot lately, so doesn't want pressure to haul the mail or do a bunch of climbing late in the ride.

Driver in place ready to Rock the Casbah. The planned route is Upper trailhead start, down to Oasis, out Hans, up Dunn back to oasis and out Art's Johnson trail. Around 28 miles 2800-3000ft elevation.

The Bomb squad Excursion is full from Rancho Cuc. but there are 3 spots left on the Kurt shuttle from Vons meeting at 7:45

 

@Tom the Bomb: Sounds like you guys just pedal the few miles westward from where Art J connects to the 111, back to the shuttle point at Vons. If that's correct, Weasel and I will get there early and drop our car at Denny's (where AJ hits the 111) to avert the afternoon road ride.

Tom if there is still a place then count me in! I wrongly assumed it was a DH shuttle day but sounds like it's 28 miles of XC goodness. Please confirm my place and I will adjust my other thread.
