New member - Saying Hello

Hey everyone. I'm Matt from the Riverside area. I've been lurking the forums for a bit, and thought that it was past time that I jump in &introduce myself.

I recently rediscovered my passion for riding bikes after teaching my son how to ride, and have jumped back into the hobby full tilt. Right now I typically do most of my riding at Sycamore Canyon in Riverside, but those of you who ride the northern Cleveland range may see a dude on a black transition slowly moving up skyline or main divide as I like to get out that way once every other week or so.

This is a good place where lots of bike riding happens. Fun a ribbing as well, so bring your sense of humor.
Ride lots, post lots I always say. Well, I don't always say that but it sounds good.
You got lots of guys that ride your area here so you are in good company.

Welcome @code3. I for sure don't bite although I did once break some guys frame (who just so happens to own this website) when I looked at it the wrong way. That was a long time ago though so you're probably safe.

Sounds awesome, I like going out that way to ride, but for some reason I never make it that far. Hulda & Crafton Hills are on the list to ride in the very near future.

 

Both are fun playgrounds!

 

Welcome, Matt from Riverside! Glad you jumped in... I'm in RSM, close to everything in the Santa Ana range. We've been posting up quite a few rides lately. If anything looks interesting, feel free to jump in!

 

@code3, I rode Sycamore this morning at sunrise from Canyon Crest Plaza. Feel free to rendezvous with us Wednesday and Friday mornings (6:30am) at the East Coast Bagel Co. for a quickie hour-long jaunt through Sycamore Canyon.

 

Sweet!. I'll have to try to meet you out there sometime. It will probably be on a Friday morning since I usually work Tuesday nights until 0330.
