ROAM is owned by a good guy who has been running shops in North OC for a long time. They also have shop rides on the weekends.
That being said, I’m near Seal Beach and still drive to the Path, along with a lot of Jenson USA.

Oh, and since I didn't say it earlier, welcome aboard!! Ride lots, write lots about riding lots, and join in on some group sufferfests. It's the only way you can really judge your inabilities.

 

Welcome. I live in HB as well. Fairview is a fun place to get out and ride for a while. I ride my gravel bike out there all the time. If you ever want a bit longer but easy ride you can ride the dirt side of SART (left side going inland. Its dirt after Adams all the way to Anaheim.

 

What do you need a bike shop for? Looks like you have a Specialized sponsorship.
