Mt Bikers are Pre-Criminals!

All you would have to do to squash this idea is to just ask this idiot... "does this include illegal immigrants?" Would we need a new branch of the Police to ensure compliance? Do you realize this program could not be implemented in County, State or Federal lands? (Aliso and Woods Canyon County Park, Crystal Cove State Park, Cleveland National Forest, etc?) Where exactly within city limits and city public property would you like people to wear bibs? Would children playing in their neighborhoods have to wear bibs?

 

Seriously folks ... Just wackiness... Playing to the crowd...
