I've bought several bikes from them over the years. Warranty issue with a purchased bike? They will get the issue resolved quickly.

I have also had many services done by them. Need something done? They can do most anything there and quickly, and if they can't, they will send it out and have it done quickly.

They are always friendly and eager to help and they like to be on a first name basis with their customers.

Plus, I had a celebrity sighting in there a few years back. How cool is that?!

William Fichtner and I still see him around the area once in a while.
