Yes. 2.2-2.8. Jennifer is running 2.6 front and rear and there's at least 1/2" of clearance between the tire and the frame.

There was a q&a with the designer today, and someone posed this exact question. He didn't say that the Mojo isn't 29 compatible, but did say that a Mojo 29er is The Ripley.

 

It doesn't mention it on their website. I posed the question to Vince at JRA. I'll update when he gets back to me.

Edit: Vince confirmed it is not 29er compatible.

You can always slap a 29" wheel on the front of any bike with a simple change of fork. You may not like the result however. Assuming the same amount of travel, the resulting 30-40mm more in front will push everything 1.5-2 degrees slacker - head tube, seat tube... and will raise the front end to negatively impact climbing. Some bikes will work really well as a (reverse) mullet bike if the resulting angles aren't too whack. The 29er front, 27.5 rear mixed wheel format is winning races on the WC DH and EWS circuits. (World Cup Overall and World Champion). But those competition formats don't require climbing.

But how did this immediately go to 27.5 wheel shaming? 27.5 wheeled bikes are rad! Fun, quick, precise, forgiving...

I’ve seen the mullet setup, it was intriguing at first but I don’t think I need it.

 

Did you demo the Mojo 3 along with the Ripley, Sara?

 

I didn’t try the Mojo, just Ripmo and Ripley. Id still like a 29er
