Little crash..bad consequences

    I had similar with a pin out of my thumb. It went through two joints and was about 2 1/2 inches long.
    First, they had to make an incision and find the end of the pin.
    Then the pulling.
    Things like "Could you pull back harder with your hand as I twist the pliers?"
