I really like Kona, my 2008 Dawg deluxe was a rad bike and I've always liked the process models. The G2s look pretty awesome-except for the color ways. But, In the mtn. bike world that's a given.
They're also keeping the current design on a couple of the 2018 models ,priced around $2,100 according to bike rumor. The Jenson one looks to be better spec'd. than those two models though.

That is a great deal on a very fun bike. That 2016 is specced properly too. If you want to just ride hard, and bash right through stuff like it's nothing, this is the one to get. I'm on an XL and it works great, I do wonder if a size small rider would be better off pushing a little less bike around.

I ride the 2015 version and just love it. Very disappointed to see they discontinued it for 2018 though.

Yeah, Kona has gone another direction this year, they killed off half of the Process line and changed the suspension kinematics too. If you want a shorter travel bike, you're going with a Hei Hei now. Kona's trying to push a lot of carbon options this time around.
