Just pulled the trigger on an SB130. Stoked!!!

I got a sweet deal on this bike. first new bike in 11 years. I'll be posting my 2009 stumpjumper soon. Not sure what it's worth. All 2011 XT components and fox talas fork.

Does anyone know where I can have Invisiframe installed?

Hoping to pick it up from Jenson riverside this Friday. They have it in stock, just need to build it.

I’m stoked at how busy bike stores are right now. I have a few friends inquiring with me about getting into mtb.

 

I know for sure there's a car wrap place in Chula Vista that people are always raving about for Invisiframe installs. It comes on generally pretty well with patience, which I generally lack. I switched to that All Mountain Style "universal" stuff for just certain areas and it went on in less than 10 minutes. No clue about frame protection, but allow me to congratulate you in advance for the first scratch that appears on your new bike.

You can go to Yeti’s website and buy a “frame protector” kit made for that bike and install it yourself

 

Congrats! That SB130 is a extremely capable bike. I took one out on an extensive test ride in the San Gabes. What color did you get?

SB 130 Lunch Ride or standard?

Congrats either way. I'm told they are awesomely awesome! (Of course, it was the CEO of Yeti who told me that...)

 

I demo'd one from Pro Bike Supply and rode The Luge in OC on it. For me at 5-8, the medium with a 35mm stem was probably the most *comfortable* climbing bike I've ever ridden. Have fun.

I was raised on Hatch green chiles, so I dig the green sauce (even though it's not made from them). Besides, I can relate to the "Gringo" part of the name.

Congrats on the new ride. The sb130 is a great do it all bike, I know as I’ve chased several of them. I believe crazy bear bikes in San Dimas does the frame wrap installs though I wouldn’t know cause my bikes are beat up and I like em that way.

 

..And he went back to school and got his PHD in Molecular Biology. He did his dissertation on HIV.

One of my teachers at FV worked with Dexter at Nitro - but they got along great. No negative stories.
