    I’ll always be blue at heart. Hell, I still run a tribute to the blue Smash on the TP, so I’m still in compliance with the “hat must match the sneakers” rule of fashion. If GG brings back the blue for MY2 of Revved bikes when they supposedly will offer full colors again I might have a coronary.

    My standards are tough, but there are a few worthy contenders. The Breakfast Club in Mammoth has a solid entry, particularly when enjoyed via their Country Benedict. Carolyn's Cafe in Redlands has some surprisingly decent gravy as well. Nothing will ever compare to the gravy that came from Nana's cast iron skillet though. But how could it?

    My father’s side of the family hails from Oklahoma and while I won’t try and say my gravy compares to anything from that region I can confidently say that I like my gravy better than any restaurants here in OC (Arthur’s in Orange is good, Sabatinos in Lido is good but not really traditional southern gravy). Most places are serving just liquid flour with no flavor. I actually made SOS this weekend with sausage grease, yum!
