Price drop, gotta sell. 2013 xl black ano Intense Tracer 29r. 140mm travel. Dropper post, pike rc3, 150, xt drivetrain 2x10, with Easton Haven ballistic carbon wheel set at a little over 1500 grams. Fresh service on fox float 3x3 and pike by Joseph at Ridgeline Suspension. Awesome bike over 6500.00 invested. Bike needs nothing, ready to rip. Updated rear triangle with through axle. Stiff and fast. Went to more travel. Must sell $3000.00 OBO. Will consider selling without wheels .

So that's what that bike looks like. It's looked like a blur every time I've seen it before now.

 

I noticed his bikes stay clean even during the ride. I commented about this bike in particular after riding through wet sand and a bit of slush, and sandy conditions, at Strawberry Peak last year around New Years... I recall he said he uses some silicone polish on it, but forgot what name brand it was. Pretty much repelled the dirt, keeping it from sticking...

 

So in heels it means you are what....6'6"/6'7" ?

 

It's called lemon Pledge....works great on you coffee table as well.

 

Pledge has other lemon scented cleaning products. The "furniture polish" specifically has the silicone in it. I think he might have said that, or Pedro's Bike Lust or some other name brand. *shrug* Silicone spray creates a build-up that needs to be sanded off to be removed, particularly in case the surface needs to be painted/lacquered. Which name brand matters, since the concentrations vary in the formula--who knows if lemon Pledge works as well as Bike Lust or Maxima SC1. Whatever TtB uses works pretty well.

 

Except the furniture polish is only about $2-5 a can....compared to the high prices of bike specific polishes.
