Indica. If that doesn't supply enough relief, then OTC oral meds such as ibuprofen (NSAIDS), soaking in hot baths, heat pads, menthal (icy/hot) muscle ointments.

@Redman, my buddy who uses a roll-on product bought me one. I got a lot of relief from it. So much that I did a bunch more activity. I might pay a small price for it, but IME getting active ASAP is key to avoiding escalating problems. So, good experience so far. Thanks for the detailed info, I’ll keep it in mind.
