For reference, I'm 6'2 / 210 lbs. Club fit in XL fits well

 

Ordered mediums in both trail & club. Trail cut fits fine but the club cut is tighter than I would have liked although I've never worn that style jersey before. May opt to return or trade the club for a large. Oh and Penny the dog wins paws down...

Just picked up some TLD Rucus shorts in blue today, so this jersey color will be perfect. "Might" even meet the Herzalot standards of
style and color-cordination.

 

What size are you? I'm 5"7 and apx 165 lbs, 33/34 in waist, with just a little belly. Prefer just a little loose....

Well hells bells! Jennifer wears a women's medium in every jersey she has. And she has a lot of them. Guess what? Hers is too small as well. Sounds like those of you that haven't ordered may want to order a size up.

 

Inch shorter, 10 lbs less and a 31/32 waist and about 4 months pregnant. It is a bit tight on the belly, but pretty good everywhere else. I always wear large shirts.

Looking to be a good rule of thumb to order the next size up of whatever size you typically wear. Looks like Voler has more of a Euro sizing.

I went off the sizing chart:

Size Waist Weight Height Chest
X Large 38-41 190-220 6'1' to 6'5' 42-44

I almost always miss on the height/weight (I'm a linebacker build) but usually the chest measurement is correct for me.

Same here. Just like frame size I am on the cusp. For jerseys I am between an XL and an XXL. Should have sized up.

 

I imagine they will just shuffle the jerseys around and send them back out to you guys without necessarily having to make more

I got my XL Race cut....it fits, but it is snug....gonna size up and it should be ok.

 

That does look pretty painless. I'll likely wear mine for the SART ride then exchange it for a size up after I wash it.

 

Got mine, I think the L Trail fits a little snug but Ok really. I'm 190 lbs, 34" gut, 5' 9.5". Gonna keep it. Looks awesome too.

 

Cougar, what size did you order? I think your just a little taller than me.

Think I should go for the large....

Club Medium. 6' 0", ~170 lbs. It fits... but a little bit too form fitting for my liking

 

Just got mine!!! Fits perfectly! Not too baggy, not too tight. Nice design Mikie!

 

Sent mine back to Voler for exchange. Super easy. You print the return sheet, flip their delivery bag inside out, slap the return label on the outside and hand it to the postman no questions asked. I ALWAYS buy XLG, so I'm exchanging for 2XL. I guess there is a first for everything!

 

Well ours went back today. Hopefully we will have them back in time for our New Years Day ride.

Thanks Mikie! I'm actually about 7 pounds heavier than i was for Koko... but it's all muscle.

Starting the slim down regime this week.

 

Anyone returning a large trail let me know and I'll buy it off you for what you paid.

 

Sent mine back in for a size up exchange yesterday. Maybe I'll have the larger size in time for Thanksgiving

 

Look at that Jerry Kid face in photo 2... damn, that is one goofy look on my face.

I checked my helmet fit too... was a bit loose, explaining the slightly askew look.

 

So I thought we could not exchange these according to the Voler Semi Custom policy? Are they allowing us to exchange for a large size?

 

These are not part of the Semi Custom Program.....these are part of the Product On Demand....and they do allow returns/exchanges.
