IMTB Stickers

I am relatively new to IMTB and mountain biking in general. I have met a few folks from this group and had some fun rides with them. However, I don't know or can recognize many of the members by face or bike. I know I have been riding with or in same area to some members and would have liked to have said hi or ridden with.
That being said, I wonder if folks would agree to put a small IMTB sticker on their bikes so while out on the trails we could recognize each other? Placed in an agreed spot that we would know to look for and not interfere with everyone's pretty paint jobs.
If this is a huge swing and a miss let me know. Thanks

Mikie does indeed have stickers, but they may be hard to notice as you ride past a group of 2 to 20 riders with their bikes oriented in all directions. The jersey is the best way to represent.

 

Order some Tailwinds from @Mikie and he will include some stickers with your order.

 

I'm not necessarily looking to advertise this wonderful group for all to see every time I ride, but more so just looking for a subtle identifier. I have approached some of us at larger events where having a jersey on is a great place to represent the IMTB club. My thoughts for the sticker is for the everyday casual meet ups and/or trail side hellos. For instance, if I were to ride up to Cocktail Rock one afternoon and see a few riders hanging out. Not sure most from here all wear the jerseys all the time and stand out clearly. But if I notice the sticker while checking out the bikes laying around I would for sure say hi and get their name.
I see many riders out at Laguna and Aliso on my daily rides. I know I've run across folks from here and I just want to meet and ride with you all. Thanks for listening. I'll see ya soon out on the trails.

I agree with you. I don't wear an IMTB jersey either. @Mikie won't let me. But a small - and I mean small - sticker that we place in a similar spot (left fork leg?) could be a really cool secret handshake!

How about logo heat transfers that we can iron onto a garment of our choice?

It’s a thing. Send a file and have it output as heat transfer material. Include some with a white holding area so they’ll stand out like the sticker on various backgrounds. No specific vendor in mind, haven’t bought in years. Makes a viable alternative to screen printing. Graphics won’t be as vivid as printing over the life of the transfer, but the economy is substantial.

 

Umm, maybe we ought to just stick with the jersey thing.

NOOOO - we must have uniformity for this to work. I say we just put it under the word "Hightower" on our bikes.
