However, the process is extremely confusing, and people usually give up before they have their day in court, particularly if they are dealing with an aggressive defendant like I am. (He smashed his car into my process server while we were serving him legal papers... it cost me a dinner in addition to standard fees)

Winning a judgement is one thing – sadly, getting paid is another.

 

Getting paid is the 2nd thing. I just wanted the legal justification to destroy him. This guy has made a business out of screwing people and working the legal system to his advantage. I will now out-advantage him.

Did I mention that I own his name as a URL? Wonder what a Google search on his name will turn up for the next 100 years? And that is just the beginning of the beginning... I am getting the bureaucracy involved. People like this fear one thing - being outed. They hide in the shadows and prey on peoples' ignorance. As soon as you publicize what scumballs they are, they run screaming like little girls because you destroy their revenue model.

 

Probably like the guy that came in a wheel chair to where I worked, said we weren't ADA compliant and is going to sue us.

It's a guy who sells open box appliances on Craigslist. Suffice it to say he has a habit of taking checks... and not delivering goods. When you complain, his go-to response is "sue me". He thinks he is being clever by hiding all his assets in his wife's (or his kids) names.

 

That's it! I'm gonna sue for that!

Maybe you should talk to David Goldstein/ABC7 about running a "uncovered" piece on this clown. Sounds like many would appreciate it...news channels need ideas.

His name is Ardi Salari aka Ardavan Salaripour. Wife's name is Denece Adams. Sometimes they hide behind a fictitious company called "ADT Appliances". The company is neither registered, nor does he hold a business or retail license.

I purchased his name in a URL because when the dust settles, I am going to create a simple web page that contains links to all of his court judgements. I will make sure that for the rest of his life, any time anyone Googles his name, all they will find is pages of legal complaints, lawsuits, etc. Slimeballs like this only exist because they prey on the naive and ill-informed. I will make it so that it is very difficult for him to hide from his past. But in the coming months I will be the least of his worries.

 

It is definitely something we are holding onto. Many of the folks he has scammed never bothered to sue, so I don't doubt that once we go public, all kinds of skeletons will come popping out of closets.

Because as society we have decided that it is far better to let ten criminals go free than to punish an innocent man. Therefore the court system is biased towards the defendant ALWAYS. You are innocent until PROVEN guilty. And if you are the kind of slimeball who knows how to work the system, and how to delay and misdirect, it is hard to pin you down. But hard does not mean "impossible". Justice may be slow... but it is relentless.

FWIW in the last two years I have helped two separate people who contacted me via this site because they got ripped off by Ardi Salari.

Yes, Ardi Salari is a person of interest to the Orange County District Attorney's Office, Commercial Fraud Unit. If you do a search on court cases in San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties, both small claims and civil court, you will find quite of number Ardi Salari judgements.

Ardi Salari rammed my process server's car with his son's pickup truck. The Police only gave Ardi Salari a ticket for "unsafe backing". But I'm sure his son's insurance company wasn't happy about it, and it makes me happy to think of Ardi Salari raging in his son's driveway - particularly since Ardi Salari ripped me off after I was nothing but honest and nice with him. But don't take my word for it, just ask the Orange County Supreme Court about Ardi Salari.

 

I did just that! I Googled Ardi Salari and multiple court reports came up!
