Is there anybody out there with Keto answers? Everything is cool, I feel good, and my version of the diet is really easy. I feel good on the bike. But there are questions... Do any of you have experience you care to share? What did you eat during and after rides? Everybody else is snacking. I really wanted a protein shake today, I'm clueless. In November I was pushing 2.6 tons and now sitting at 190. You could probably guess I'm not looking to switch back to the old diet/lifestyle right now.
