Front pocket paired with a rockform case works pretty well. Now most of my shorts have a zippered pocket that's the perfect size for an iphone.

I don't like the feel of a phone (or anything else) in my leg pocket on every pedal stroke.

    Be like me.

Shorts pocket for me as well, unless it’s raining, then it goes in the Osprey backpack with a waterproof cover.
I just got the Quadlock and am curious to see how well it keeps the phone protected:)
I like the idea of a Revelate frame mount bag:geek:

Jersey pocket for me unless I'm wearing a pack.

Funny story. A couple of years ago I OTB'ed and my phone flew out of my jersey pocket. I was in a hurry to meet Jennifer at the trailhead and didn't realize it was missing until I got there. While riding back to find my phone I realized how relaxed I was since that part of the ride wasn't being recorded. Crazy how much Strava has an affect on my rides.

Front pocket as well. As long as I'm not wearing my MC Hammer shorts there's no issues with it flopping around. Not worried about breaking it in a crash, It's a company phone. Oops, phone is broken, cant take calls... They'll just upgrade it anyways.

Used this for a while on my last bike. Padded for shock absorption, the phone is completely covered. Able to operate Touch Screen through the top cover. It's well protected if you crash

Thought about killing my personal cell and just going with the company phone ( it's nicer than mine anyway). I feel like a salesman walking around with two cell phones.

Still looking for the perfect solution. The screen gets wet with sweat in my jersey pocket. I've broken a camera lens going OTB when it was in my pants leg pocket. I tried an aluminum clamp mount on my bars, but it would rattle loose when riding with a rigid fork and I've lost (and recovered) my phone twice. One of those top-tube bags looks like a good (albeit ugly) solution. I like to have quick access to my phone because I'm usually the guy on the ride getting photos and videos of dudes "sending it".

Revelate Mountain Feedbag. Works great and is low profile. I snap a lot of pictures while riding and also enjoy listening to music. Purchased mine at REI. I'd also suggest some type of waterproof phone case. They're pretty cheap these days on Amazon. Below is the one I've used for about 6 months with no problems. Dropped the phone a few times with it on with no damage.

I’ve been using the Quad Lock as well for about 3 years. I have the ”Out Front” mount on two of my bikes. The phone is completely visible, easily accessible and stays on no matter how hard I crash. I just used it the other day on the Palm Canyon ride. If it can stay on thru the top 7-8 miles and then the goat trails of the PCE, you know it’s mounted solid.

Jersey pocket in XC mode, front pocket in endurobro mode. So far the only time I have damaged the phone was hitting it with the bars while crossing the bars up off a jump at Skypark :Roflmao

I also buy cheaper phones now, sub $100.

This is my favorite so far. I sent Dakine an email with a question though; perhaps you can help more quickly:

What are the dimensions of the fleece-lined cell phone pocket inside?

    My Pixel 3 XL is 6.2 x 3.0 x 0.3 (in) with a few extra mil's all around for a slim case.

I too have two phones. One work, one personal. And yep 2 phones is a PITA, but I keep business and personal separate for obvious reasons.

And I sell rock.... No not that kind,
    marble granite etc.

Cut out a side pocket (preferably with an integrated zipper) from a worn-out pair of cargo pants and sew it onto the chest area of any top of your choice. This design yields two compartments.
