    All thanks for the B-day wishes. Just got home from a great solo ride, encouraged by @rossage . Rode up Brown Mt truck trail over to Mt Lowe Rd to Inspiration Point ( first time being there, very cool views). Descended Middle Merrill. Again first time. Trail is in great shape. Nothing unrideable, for those that know it is quite rocky and chunky with some tight switchbacks but all cleanable. Then across to Sunset. Again very clean for that trail. By that time I was exhausted but it was still fun like usual. Then through Millard campground over to El Prieto. The climb to the El Prieto trailhead finished me off. El Prieto is in good shape. If I wasnt exhausted it wouldve been vwry fast but I was destroyed. The only thing that would've made the ride better would've been to have some hooligans with me.
