Too late, I just got back from my head clearing, getting ready for the family thing ride... Happy Thanksgiving.

Disclaimer: Not really my old lady.

 

But should be!

 

I'm thankful for hydraulic disk brakes.

I'm thankful for tubeless tires.

I'm thankful for a 3x10 drivetrain.

But most all all, I'm thankful for a wife who lets me ride my bike with these things and who sent me off to ride at Balm Boyette Bike Park this morning.

I'm also thankful there are no alligators on my home trails.

 

Happy Thanksgiving to all the dirtbags, shuttlers, all mountaineers, Floopers, weight weenies, hard chargers and chit chat riders. :lol:

 

Someone's spending turkey day near Tampa.

 

"Mountain biking in Florida" always has a humorous ring to my ears.

I'm thankful to be able to ride a bike, period!

Gators aren't so bad... As long as they haven't been fed. ;-)

One of the funniest things I ever saw was our school maintenance man shooing one off campus with a broom.

Thankful for 3x10?

I am thankful for 1x11 34T front ring set ups. This always crushes my ego whenever I have to climb anything with a grade larger than 3% for more than 100 yards.

I am (or was being that this is post Turkey day) thankful for:
A career that I thoroughly enjoy
A wife that is very supportive
Being able to ride to local trails in literally 2 minutes from my garage

I am thankful for being content and I am also angered that I am so good at being content - Contentment is often a hindrance to progression!

 

^ People are thank full for many things and 3x is one of them reasons to be.

Thanksgiving was great this year, i was able to have my parents over for the first time ever- for Thanksgiving.

An awesome God, spectacular spouse, a great bike, a descent job, and an amazing extended family called imtbtrails. I get to live in America, one of the greatest countries on the planet. I have my freedom due to the efforts of our history and the men and women that have fought and died to preserve it. I have my health...

We have so much to be thankful for.

I'm grateful I'm alive today; don't know what tomorrow brings so I always make sure I tell my loved ones: I love you ...

 

Thanksgiving is the best - no gifts, just being grateful. Thank Mikie for your sentiments, thanks IMTB for being awesome peeps and putting up with my shenanigans, and thanks to the almighty deity. For some reason I was born into a great set of circumstances and have had a lot of good fortune along the way. May I never take any of it for granted.

Pray (to your version of the supreme being/force) for our brothers and sisters, sons and daughters around the world who are not as fortunate.

I'm thankful I have an amazing son, awesome gf, a job I enjoy and care about, and two "eccentric," parents who think it's hilarious to pour veuve in my mug of whiskey.

I told them next year we re staying home for thanksgiving and they've already invited he whole family-o my house.
